Project Showcase: ONE group solutions

ONE (www.one-gs.com) represents my most recent major assignment.

 

Role: Marketing & Branding Lead (partner from launch, today working as interim on crucial branding topics)

Scope: Logo & Corporate Identity, Marketing Strategy, Company Presentation & Brand Assets, Advertising, Events, Social Media Content & Growth, Press & Media

As part of the launch team of ten, and working closely with the co-founders from day one, we grew the company over six years to 200 clients, 135 team members, and offices across 8 countries. This case illustrates both my approach and the measurable results achieved.​

  • I built the logo, full brand system, and activation campaign for ONE group solutions, defining the visual identity to reflect the company’s vision and values. I also established corporate identity guidelines, ensuring consistent use across all materials and communications.

  • Conceptualised and managed the launch event  (125 guests, €25k), framing the narrative for key industry stakeholders. Managed PR and post-event review, generating strong coverage across Europe.

  • As the company experienced remarkable growth, the pitch deck was reengineered to harmonise content from four business lines and department heads, keeping the tone consistent and layout subtle yet on-brand. The final files are modular for internal updates.

  • International Events

    Led the Marketing & PR stream for a wide range of international events, including roadshows in London, Dublin, Paris, Cannes, Monaco, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, Tokyo, Singapore, New York, and Boston, as well as an extended DACH event series.

    Regular industry gatherings, conferences, and networking initiatives, reinforcing the company’s visibility and reputation in its home market.

    Conference Stand

    Designed the stand concept and managed production suppliers and logistics.

  • Developed and managed campaigns for key regulatory and business events, along with ONE-branded campaigns for special occasions, to maximise market visibility.

    Here are selected examples:

  • LinkedIn was established as the primary channel for visibility and audience engagement. Since launch, the page has grown organically to 8.4k followers, with occasional sponsored posts to extend reach. The focus remained on steady, high-quality engagement rather than short-term spikes.

  • During the pandemic, we implemented monthly webinars. I managed promotion, invitations, logistics, hardware setup, and session direction. Attendance peaked at 6,600+ live participants, helping maintain client engagement during challenging times.


  • Built press releases and media kits leveraging my personal network and relationships with key media houses in Luxembourg, France, DACH, Nordics, UK, and Ireland, ensuring high-quality coverage and visibility for company initiatives.
